Registration fees listed above are in Australian Dollars (A$) and inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

*To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 15 May 2017.
*Student Registration does not include access to the Welcome Reception. Tickets must be purchased while registering.

Registration Terms and Conditions

The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

  • All sessions
  • Satchel: program booklet and list of participants
  • Social functions: Welcome Reception
  • Catering: Morning and afternoon teas, Lunches


Registration confirmation
Your completed registration and successful payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

Name badge
Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Credit Card
Please note all online registrations require payment by credit card. Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex Pty Ltd’.

Cheque / Money Order
All payments by cheque incur a $10 processing fee and will only be accepted up until 14 July 2017. Cheques are to be made payable to Home Modifications 2017 National Conference. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted. After 15 July 2017, all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details at or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees: 
Cancellations before 15 May 2017 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations between 16 May 2017 and 9 July 2017 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
Cancellations after 10 July 2017 will receive no refund.

Accommodation is non-refundable from 10 July 2017, and 100% cancellation policy will apply.
Full pre-payment is required 30 working days from date of registration or prior to 10 July 2017, whichever occurs first, or your accommodation reservation will be automatically cancelled.


The program is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items from the program or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation nor the Conference Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
